The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights and apply to all website transactions on wheelchairsite.com, part of ENdynamics Ltd.

3. Availability of items
Your Order for goods is subject to availability. If we are unable to supply goods to you for any reason, we will inform you of the situation and offer to refund any monies paid. We will not compensate you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply goods.
A standard 12 month guarantee from the manufacturer applies to all NEW items, unless otherwise stated to be longer.
Refurbished and non-new items have no Warranty or Guarantee unless specifically stated in the Item description.
Every care is taken to ensure illustrations and descriptions on our website are accurate and informative. We reserve the right to change specifications or improve our products. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, product names and logos appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.
Prices shown are for delivery to mainland UK addresses. We endeavour to ensure that items are received promptly and in good condition. Delivery cost and delivery times may vary according to the product quantity and carrier used. Our minimum shipping cost is £10.00 per Order excluding VAT.
Important: If an item is damaged in transit:
Do not accept the parcel - or - confirm the damage when signing the receipt for the carrier. If you have already accepted the parcel and it is obviously damaged in the transit, please follow these instructions:
- take a photograph of the damaged item before opening it
- open the item so that the damage is still visible
- keep all the evidence showing the damage, such as broken packaging
- inform us within 3 days that you are making a claim
All orders made on Monday to Friday for stocked items will normally be despatched within 24 hours. With regards to GDPR, Order details, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, must be kept for 5 years and then destroyed.
Only prices in force at the time of ordering will be charged. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling both including and excluding VAT – see note 5. You are required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate on all applicable products. Individuals with chronic illness or disability and eligible bodies may be subject to VAT exemption – see http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channelsPortalWebApp/channelsPortalWebApp.portal

The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any term of these terms and conditions or any dispute in relation to the materials contained in this website shall be governed by English law and where a dispute arises in Wales, the applicable law will be English law as applied in Wales. The English and Welsh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the website. Your continued use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The contract between us shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. We will however endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days.

Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging. ENdynamics charge £25.00 for return carrier collection, or the buyer can make own delivery arrangements. All returns are inspected before credit issued.
All products for return under the Manufacturer's Warranty must be returned to our Bolton BL4 7EU Base.
To formally complain, you should write to the Customer Service Manager. The complaint will be quickly acknowledged and we aim to resolve within five working days. We will aim to provide regular feedback until resolved.
14. Third Party Communications. We will never knowingly pass your email address or any of your personal details on to any other companies without your express permission.
